- Can I have more than one name or both first and last name embroidered?
Yes, but the longer the name, the smaller the writing will be. The maximum length for embroidery is 13 cm.
- Can I choose the embroidery style?
Yes, I have the embroidery from my standard collection and the one from the elegance collection.
- Can I choose the color of the embroidery?
Yes, if it is not offered in the choices, you can specify it in the cart notes.
- Can I have it done without embroidery?
Yes, it is possible to have the embroidery removed. But we will not be able to add embroidery afterwards.

Yes! All products are made in Quebec, my workshop is located in St-Joseph-du-lac on the north shore of Montreal.

- How do I measure my wrist?
Take the measurement of your fitted wrist. Then add 0.5'' for a fitted bracelet or 1'' for a bracelet with a little more width. You can use a sewing tape measure, a string or even a shoelace and transfer the measurement to a ruler.
- What if it's for a gift?
Sophie suggests a size of 7'' for a person of average height and if the person has a slightly larger wrist, the 7.5'' size will be perfect. Very important, the vast majority of our customers wear the 7''. Very few customers will take smaller.
- How do I take care of my Sophistikate bracelets?
Avoid contact with chemicals, sea water or cream. We always recommend removing the jewelry to preserve its color.
- Are they made in Quebec?
Yes! All the bracelets are made in Quebec, more precisely on the south shore of Montreal in Otterburn Park in their workshop. In addition, three employees help Sophie in making the jewelry.
